This runner-led functional yoga series is designed with runners and active folks in mind. Each session provides 20 minutes of S&C and 20 minutes of stretch - if you've done a bit of yoga before, this is a yin/yang style class.
As spring approaches, it's important to include S&C in our training, but as things ramp up, we need to keep on top of tightness too.
The block runs from Monday 23rd February - Monday 30th March

The Zoom meeting link will be sent 30 minutes before the start of each class.
