This runner-led functional yoga series is designed with runners and active folks in mind. Each session provides 20 minutes of S&C and 20 minutes of stretch.
As spring approaches, it's important to include S&C in our training, but as things ramp up, we need to keep on top of tightness too.
The Zoom link will be sent out 30 minutes before the class starts
