Focus and Flow Series | 6-Week Block - Recordings Playlist

Online - Zoom | Mondays 7:00-7:15pm | From Monday 1st June to Monday 6th July

This runner-led functional yoga series is designed with runners and active folks in mind.

Each class in this series combines a specific focus / target area that is key to our running with a more general, whole-body yoga flow. Making sure we give some extra care and attention to the bits that do the hard work, but also having a weekly full-body check in.

The target areas are: Glutes and Hips | Lower Back, Quads | Hammies and Knees | Upper Back and Shoulders | Ankles and Calves | Twists and Side Body

How to access the recordings: After the first class, you'll be sent a link to the YouTube Playlist for the series. Classes will be added to the playlist each week following the Zoom session. You will have access to each class for 2-weeks.
