Focus and Flow Series | Session 2 - Lower Back

Online - Zoom | Monday 8th June 7:00-7:45pm

This runner-led functional yoga series is designed with runners and active folks in mind.

Each class in this series combines a specific focus / target area that is key to our running with a more general, whole-body yoga flow. Making sure we give some extra care and attention to the bits that do the hard work, but also having a weekly full-body check in.

The target area this week is: Lower Back

The Zoom meeting link will be sent 30 minutes before the start of the class.
