Morning Yoga Online - Friday 13th February, 7am
This 30-minute class is designed to wake you and your body up.
There'll be lots of mobilisation / moving the joints and a little less super-mellow relaxation. The idea being to give you a early morning energy boost and get rid of stiffness in the joints and aches in the muscles.
The Zoom meeting link will be sent 30 minutes before the start of each class.
